Think of us as that friend we all wish we had. You know the one — she reads and researches and tests everything, everywhere —  from where locals go to get the freshest fish in Mallorca to which hotel has the perfect view of Parisian rooftops and the most comfortable bed. And not only does this friend gather all of this information, she shares it. That’s what we do, all day every day, and we take enormous pleasure in turning that research into expertly curated itineraries for all of our clients, no matter where they’re going. From simple weekend getaways to multi-week, multi-city tours, we work tirelessly to uncover extraordinary experiences and unique hotels that will ensure that every experience is designed just for you.

You’re a vip. let’s make sure the world knows it.

Hotel perks. They’re a thing, and they aren’t available to people who use booking engines like booking.com or Expedia. They’re not even offered by hotels directly. The only way to get ‘em?  You got it: book with us. With a HUGE network of preferred hotel partners (we’re talking thousands of hotels, here, people), we can guarantee things like hotel credits, room upgrades, early check-in / late check-out, and other free stuff you just can’t get any other way. And while that’s all really amazing, what’s even better is the fact that you’ll never be an anonymous guest again. As a client of ours, you’ll always be greeted and treated like the VIP you are, and you’ll even start to forge your own relationships with hotel staff, restaurant employees, and tour guides, all of which work to create a deeper connection to the places you’re visiting.

We hate to talk about it, but sometimes we hit some turbulence on a trip, and things might need some smoothing out. If a room isn’t quite what you imagined, a restaurant claims they can’t find your reservation, or you don’t see the car that’s supposed to pick you up, we’re here for you. Call us, and we’ll sort it for you. Remember what we said about you being a VIP?

Designing Your Trip

How we work

We Meet

First things first. We need to get know each other a little bit, so we ask you to start by filling out our Trip Discovery Form. This gets into the details of the type of trip you’re looking for and helps us understand you better as a traveler.

We Get to Know EACH other

Over Zoom, a phone call or even a glass of wine, we’ll schedule a time to connect for a quick 30-minute chat to talk about travel — yours, mine, ours. Together we’ll start to curate the base for the perfect getaway.

We Get to Work

Once the planning fees have been paid (please see below!), we get to work right away, providing you with everything from your hotel reservations to detailed daily itineraries, all of which will be presented to you both via email, the web and an app that you can easily download onto your mobile device, ensuring that you are always traveling with up to date information.

What Does It Cost?

Not that much

Our fee is $750 per family per week of travel. So, if you’re booking two families for two weeks, that’s $3,000. Make sense? Of course, if all you’re looking for is a simple hotel reservation, the fee for that is less.
But you’ll still get that VIP treatment and all of those amenities.
