Six Carry-Ons We Can’t Wait to Carry On.

Imagine this: You’re traveling for two weeks to eight different locations. You get off the plane, grab your tote bag and your carry-on, and — wait for it — breeze past baggage claim and exit the airport. That’s right. You exit the airport. Because you fit all of your clothing into a suitcase that, in our opinion, looks like it was made for a small child. We don’t know about you, but those people both infuriate and impress the living crap out of us. And let’s be honest, we want to be them. With that in mind, here are five that we are told will change our lives and promise to house everything we could possibly need for at least a full 7 days on the road.

It doesn’t expand (con), but the pro in the name comes from the built-in front compartment that fits a 16" laptop and keeps it protected under the same aerospace-grade polycarbonate as the rest of the case. Makes gettign through TSA a breeze.

The Beis Carry-On Roller, $219

This is the carry-on we’ve been using lately and we find it kind of magical. You can fill it up and then fill it some more, and it closes every time. It’s also expandable, has a great compression system, and comes with a pouch set for dirty or damp clothes. Plus it comes in a slew of great colors.

If you’re sensing a theme here, you’re not wrong. Expansion is the name of the carry-on game, and Away (the OG of hot girl luggage) jumped in with this one, which, if we’re being honest, feels a little more utilitarian than some of the newer brands, But it’s the OG for a reason.

The Briggs & Reilly Sympatico 21” Carry-On, $599

Briggs & Reilly has long been considered the gold standard in suitcases, and we can see why. This one comes in some fun colors like navy and plum, has a super effective compression system, and it’s expandable.

You’re paying for the name, and honestly we’re not convinced any piece of luggage is worth this price tag, but boy is she pretty

The Lipault Plume Cabin Carry-On, $245

It doesn’t expand, and to be honest we aren’t huge fans of soft-sided luggage, but you can’t argue with a carry-on that weighs in at a mere 4.8 pounds.
